The heritage of Bertazzoni
Italy’s Emilia-Romagna is one of the great culinary regions in the world — famous for everything from prosciutto di Parma to Parmesan cheese to balsamic vinegar. The region also has the finest of engineering tradition, excelling in motorcycles, automobiles and leading-edge industrial equipment and farm machines.

In Guastalla, close to Parma, one company combines the two — with an intimate understanding of the culinary arts and true engineering skills. This is Bertazzoni, managed by a fourth-generation family member, whose stoves are sold throughout Italy and the choice of discriminating cooks all over the world.

Bertazzoni Professional Range Cookers

Stridently authentic, Bertazzoni’s Professional Series offers premium Italian quality wrapped up in clean, solid lines and functional ergonomic design. With one-piece stainless steel hotplates, precision-engineered burners and flame safety devices as standard, you know your cooking is in safe hands.

The pleasingly confident colours are created by means of a double layer coating onto stainless steel, and are in fact applied in the same plant as Ferrari automotive parts! This specialised finish is acid and temperature resistant to give you a durable lustre, and is applied to both the oven door and the sides of the range.

Developed for the US market, the Professional Series is available in 24", 36" and 48" widths (61cm, 91.5cm and 122cm), by 64cm deep.


Bertazzoni Professional 36"
This 36” range is ideal for those cooks who prepare a variety of courses at once, and more elaborate dishes. Choose from large single or twin ovens, with options of five or six gas burners, or an induction hob, providing even greater flexibility and cooking ease.

Designed for accuracy and versatility in your cooking, this handsome 36” range features different sized burners that accommodate a variety of pot sizes. Heavy-duty cast iron grates make movement of the pots easier.

Bertazzoni Professional 48"
The new super-wide 48” gas range is an uncompromising statement of power and prestige in your kitchen. The cooktop has six gas burners and a stainless-steel electric griddle. The two gas ovens give great flexibility to your cooking. The main oven has a balanced air-flow fan and gas broiler. The useful auxiliary oven, without fan, has a special low temperature setting. A 48” six-burner worktop, and matching range hood and backsplash are also available.

Bertazzoni Professional 24"
This new Bertazzoni Professional Series model features the full performance and quality of the wider models in a compact design for the smaller kitchen. It has four burners including a triple-ring high-efficiency burner and gas oven with gas broiler. The 15,000 BTU triple-ring high efficiency burner makes this model a top performer. A matching 24” professional range hood and backsplash are also available.

Hoods
The ventilator hood’s sleek design coordinates beautifully with the range stoves and range tops. The ventilation system has three settings for different extraction levels, and two halogen lights provide maximum worktop illumination.

Bertazzoni cooker hoods are available in 24", 30", 36" and 48" widths to complement their range cookers.


Splashbacks
Your Bertazzoni installation is completed with a backguard panel, equipped with a handy utensil bar. The backguard allows up to one-inch adjustment of the ventilator hood height for greater flexibility.

Again, Bertazzoni splashbacks are available in 24", 30", 36" and 48" widths.
