Warranty: Britannia products are covered by a TWO YEAR parts and labour guarantee, supported by a nationwide network of service engineers. A FIVE YEAR extended warranty is available if desired (conatct Britannia for details). ACCESSORIES: standard 1 year guarantee applies.

FSD systems detect if the flame is extinguished and cuts off the gas supply automatically. |
| Can my existing range cooker be upgraded? |
No, FSD systems can only be added at factory build on new models. |
| What properties must have FSD on new gas cookers? |
Flats and other multi-dwelling buildings including dual-purpose properties such as flats above shops |
| What is excluded from the above new regulations? |
Commercial use only properties; detached, semi-detached, terraced houses; houses with loft convsns. |
| When did the new regulations from Corgi start? |
Corgi has issued new regulations to its members starting from 1st January 2008. |
| Do I need a FSD system if I live in Ireland? |
Yes, all gas models need to have a FSD system within Ireland. |
| Do I need an FSD system if I live in Europe? |
Most EC countries (such as France) require a FSD system on gas appliances. Check with your engineer. |
| Can you deliver Rangemaster products off-shore? |
No, Britannia is UK-mainland only. To arrange export yourself see the "Delivery Info" menu above. |
| Do you deliver any products off-shore? |
Stoves, Belling, New World & Lec products can be delivered to Ireland and off-shore UK-addresses. |
