Delivery contact - The delivery team will contact you by phone and/or text message to arrange a convenient delivery day. An approximate time can usually be established within 24 hours of the delivery, once the day's schedule is known. Smaller items (splashbacks, cookware, etc) may be delivered by courier without a pre-call. |

| Access - Standard delivery services differ, but they all rely on good advanced knowledge of the access conditions. Should there be any tricky areas (steps, tight corners, etc) it is in your interests to advise the delivery team during the pre-delivery call, or a return visit with more crew and at additional cost may be necessary. |

Inspection - On delivery, remember you are signing for receipt of the CORRECT goods in GOOD CONDITION, so ensure that you inspect your products and paperwork accordingly. The driver should be happy to allow you to unpack and check your items, and may offer to take the packaging away, but we advise you retain it initially should any return prove necessary. |

Express Delivery is available on some products - this will be listed on the 'Related Products' tab on this page when available. Express Delivery occurs usually within 5 days and is a kerbside delivery by a single person crew - you will need someone on site to accept delivery and take the cooker into the house. |
