The Falcon drop-on half-ribbed, half smooth aluminium griddle fits directly onto the pan supports and is perfect for searing meats & fish or ideal for drop scones & pancakes. Any fat runs off into a channel which runs around the outside of the griddle plate for healthier cooking. The griddle is suitable for use on all Falcon models with gas hobs.

The Falcon griddle is perfect for giving that chargrilled look without the need of stoking up the barbecue.
