Britannia Beat the VAT Rise
06/01/11
We are delighted to announce that there will be no VAT-related price increases on Britannia products for now, which is good news for fans of Britannia range cookers, as it will save £70 or so on a £4000 Britannia range cooker, and these days every little helps! The realities of VAT and general production costs make it likely that the prices will rise in the spring, though, so ordering early will definitely make sense as we approach April!See the Full Story...
Lacanche Price Increase 1st December
14/10/10
Lacanche have announced that there will unfortunately be some Lacanche price increases from 1 December, due to increased production costs on many products, although some models will remain unaffected. Details will follow closer to the date, but we advise ordering early and taking delivery later if needs be, to avoid both this increase and the additional VAT rise from 1 January. Forneux de France, the UK distributor of Lacanche products, have added that they do not anticipate any further increases through 2011.
