The basics - ovens, hobs and colours
Because Lacanche offer genuinely dual fuel ranges, it is possible to choose a COMBINATION of gas and electric ovens for your cooker. The optimum choice includes at least one gas oven and one electric oven. Select from the following:
Static Electric with Grill - thermostatically controlled with natural heat zones and independently controlled grill.
Convection (fanned) with Grill - faster cooking, with minimal transfer of smell and taste. A versatile general-purpose oven, fast heating with an even temperature, and a large powerful grill.
Gas Oven - powerful, thermostatically controlled oven with natural heat zones, and push button electric ignition. Ideal for high temperature cooking - brilliant for roasting, soufflés, pizzas etc.
Simmer Oven - thermostatically controlled with natural heat zones. Its 84L size offers ample room for plate warming, holding food, slow cooking etc.
Lacanche ovens feature drop down doors (swing doors on the Simmer oven), and interiors are coated with an antacid enamel for easy cleaning. Four height positions are moulded into the oven walls, allowing adjustable heights for different cooking.
Lacanche offer three standard hob styles - Classic (open hob), Traditional (hot plate over a 5kW burner), or electric Vitroceramic.
On larger models (110cm+), you are able to extend the basic layout by choosing from a variety of powerful integrated hob “Elements”, bringing the versatility of a professional kitchen into your home. Whether it’s a Bain Marie, Deep Fat Frier, Chargrill, Induction Zone or a host of other options, we can tailor a range to your needs.
All of Lacanche's hobs are designed and constructed for ease of cleaning - the simple Classic and Traditional hobs dismantle and reassemble easily and have no hard-to-clean areas. Using LPG gas? Let us know when you order, and your hob will be configured to suit.
Lacanche are renowned for their comprehensive range of beautiful colours. In addition to the standard black, you can pay a little extra and choose from stainless steel or fourteen deep lustre vitreous enamel colours. If none of these are quite right Lacanche also offer a bespoke colour matching service. Just send a sample of the colour you require, and their experts in France will produce an enamel swatch for approval.

Trim finishes
Once the ideal colour is established a choice of finishes enables you to get the look just right. The control knobs, door handles, drawer pulls and badge are available in either brass, chrome or matt chrome finishes.
Lacanche range cookers - model guide

Small and perfectly formed, the Cormatin range cooker offers the same powerful cooking ability, professional features and versatility as its larger stablemates. It features a large 74litre oven, storage drawer and a choice of 3 powerful Lacanche hobs.

One of Lecanche's best selling range cookers, the Cluny offers dual fuel versatility with its two 55 litre ovens, and ample storage space is provided by the drawers. The symmetrical design will bring timeless, classic style to your kitchen.

The Cluny Grand Chef boasts a huge 137 litre oven, the largest oven in the Lecanche range, offering a serious cooking capacity. A choice of two 5 burner gas hobs support this, making the Grand Chef a truly professional choice.

Although only one metre in width, the Volnay features both a large 74 litre main oven in addition to a capacious 84 litre simmer oven, and ample storage in the large drawer. The Vougeot is a mirror image of the Volnay, and is exactly the same specification.
1105W x 860H x 650D
The Saulieu features a large vertical 55 litre convection oven and grill, in addition to the 74 litre main oven. The three burner hob allows space for one optional integrated hob element. The Savigny is the mirror of the Saulieu, with the vertical oven situated on the right hand side.
Any hob option illustated below can be integrated as an optional extra on the right of the Savigny or the left of the Saulieu hob top.
