Credit card payment is taken and processed by our payment handler, RBS Worldpay (part of the Royal Bank of Scotland), using the latest 128 bit encryption systems. Once the transaction has been approved by the card issuer, RBS Worldpay will issue a Payment Confirmation email.
. Once payment has been taken, the order will be passed securely on Rangecookers.co.uk for processing. Once processed, an order confirmation email will be sent.
Order is passed on to the relevant supplier. When order is ready, supplier will arrange delivery directly.

Credit Handling Charge
The charges that the credit card companies apply to each transaction have a significant impact on our low-margin business. Rather than pass on the true percentage, our policy is to add a flat rate of £10 to credit card transactions. There are no charges associated with debit cards or cheques.
