The internet is a marvelous way to find the products you need, but we recognise that trusting your order to a company you have not dealt with before may be a concern. We want your experience to be a comfortable one, and can hopefully put your mind at ease by telling you more about who we are.

Established in 1994, Bigblue is a product design consultancy with a particular interest in cookers and cookware, and it is our ongoing involvement with range cooker manufacturers and our desire to see our products sold in an appropriately professional way which led to the inception of Rangecookers.co.uk in 2001. We hope that something of our passion as designers and our attention to detail as retailers comes across on our website, which is designed to convey as much information as is possible without actually being in front of the product itself.

You will find their phone numbers on the Brand Information menu (please note that they may know us more by our company name, "Bigblue").

Ordering Online

You can place an order online at anytime. Select a product using the filter menu on the left. Once you have chosen a product you will be presented with a selection of associated products or services to add if you wish.

Simply add your product to your shopping basket. If you have not finished shopping press continue shopping to browse further. Once ready to make you order click the View Order button and then the ‘checkout’ button.

When we have processed your order we will send a confirmation by email, which will include our invoice, terms and conditions and all the contact details you will need. The manufacturer will then contact you regarding delivery.

Secure Payment Processing
Once you have filled out your address details you will pass into Worldpay's secure payment area. Worldpay (part of the Royal Bank of Scotland) are one of the major payment processing organisations and employ the latest 128 Bit encryption and security systems.

Credit Handling Charge The charges that the credit card companies apply to each transaction have a significant impact on our low-margin business. Rather than pass on the true percentage, our policy is to add a flat rate of £10 to credit card transactions. There are no charges associated with debit cards or cheques.

We are always happy to help assist you during any part of the decision making process. Many of our customer prefer to speak to a "real person" when making such a significant purchase!

Securely is always a priority when ordering online, and we ensure our process is a s safe as it can be by using one of the best payment handing companies in the world.

Our online payments are handled by Worldpay (part of the Royal Bank of Scotland), one of the major payment processing organisations employing the latest 128 Bit encryption and security systems. In addition we are a registered member of the IMRG scheme, ISIS (Internet Shopping is Safe). We understand the importance of protecting your personal information. Any details that you volunteer during the course of your order is used solely for the purposes of completing your order and delivering your range products.

• We take reasonable precautions to ensure that any information is securely held, and any paper records are periodically destroyed.

• We deal only with suppliers employing equally secure policies.

Some anonymous information is retained and used purely for statistical reasons (product data, source of enquiry, etc), and by using the site you give your permission for this, and for the use of your personal details as described above.
