ILVEs unique E3 control allows you to digitally adjust the temperature using a control dial to nudge the setting in 5 degree increments, from 30°C to an impressive and pizza-friendly 300°C with minimal thermal fluctuation, and a rapid start-up feature can get the oven to 200° in 6 minutes. The versatile 65 litre multifunction oven gives you 15 fanned, conventional and grill functions, with the 45 litre second oven offers non-fanned cooking and grilling functions, and features an easy clean enamel interior and two-height halogen lighting for a great view of what is going on.
