A 90cm mode, the Bussy (pronounced Boo-see) is one of the smaller Lacanche models and is the mirror model of the Beaune. With a high quality core, it is built with the versatility and performance that this brand is famous for. The large 65 litre dual function oven on the left hand side brings both static and convection and the 56 litre dual function oven on the right includes a grill. This model also features a high quality, powerful six zone induction hob on top and a useful storage drawer below the main oven.
