Originally introduced to celebrate Bertazzoni's 125th anniversary, the Heritage series takes its inspiration from their original wood burning stoves. These new models suit the traditional kitchen with contemporary living, cleverly combining the classic appeal with the technology and advanced engineering of the Pro series.
This 90cm model’s oven has 11 functions, ranging from convection and baking to fast-preheat. Triple-glazed oven doors feature soft motion hinges and an anti-slam closing system, minimising heat loss. On top is a five-zone induction hob delivering easy-to-control cooking power via rotary controls and digital display under the glass surface. The new bridging function also allows you to use the two cooking zones on the right and left as one single cooking zone. Five shelf positions are clearly lit by two oven lights, and there is ample storage for all your cookware in a compartment below. Finishing this well-executed range cooker is the characteristic temperature gauge and a choice of two stunning colours, Nero Matt and Avorio.
