The 30” FPCSO 300 TEM X model (758mm) comes in stainless steel with stylish metal handles to match the look of the other Sofia built-in appliances. Situated in the middle of the fascia panel is an impressive multifunction, touch control TFT display with a quick access menu designed to make choosing functions and temperature as easy as possible. Behind the triple glazed, cool to touch, soft closing doors is an incredible 34L stainless steel interior with which offers an amazing 12 cooking functions from steam to true convection and everything in between including a meat probe for perfect cooking results. The steam cooking function is a fantastic feature for anyone who is a lover of healthy, delicious food as it enhances the natural flavour and maximises nutrients and vitamins. It also has preselected and customizable recipes which are controlled through weight and cooking times and automatic cooking. With an assisted cleaning cycle, you never have to worry about scrubbing the inside of an oven again. All you have to do is set it to the correct setting and allow it to work its magic and then wipe down the inside of the oven window when it has finished.
