Thanks to ILVE’s precise temperature control, you can use this display to choose an exact temperature for your food between 30°C – 320°C, alongside the temperature probe to ensure your food is cooked to perfection as well as including a built-in diagonal rotisserie spit for meat and vegetables. Using their new wet/dry cooking setting, this will reduce the amount on moisture in your oven but releasing water through the ovens steam release vent.
Moreover, the job of cleaning the oven has been made much easier with the easy clean enamel lining, which acts almost like a non-stick pan.
