The extra width allows the Select 70df to feature a five burner gas hob which includes a powerful central triple-ring wok burner and single-handed ignition. The Select 70df features two ovens - a 53 litre fanned programmable main oven and a 35 litre conventional top oven with variable electric grill. The top oven can also be used with base heat only - ideal for crispy pizzas! Both ovens are A-rated and double-glazed with removable inner door glass, and the main oven also features a left-hinged side opening door. Note: the steel upstand to the rear of the hob is there for safety reasons and can be removed only if you have a non-combustible surface behind the cooker (steel, glass, tiles).
Like the rest of the Select series the design is pleasingly clean, crisp and modern, with metalised control knobs, stainless steel t-bar door handles and cast iron pan supports. The rear upstand is there as a heat-shield but can be removed only if fitting the optional stainless steel splashback to the wall. NOTE: the rear design of this cooker makes running pipes behind it difficult - call us for further information.
With a full 2 year warranty, this 70cm mini range is available online exclusively from Rangecookers.co.uk, is a great proposition for more compact kitchens, and well worth finding a little more space for. With a fine track record when it comes to reliability, the Select series is already a popular option, and the Rangecookers Select 70df is a brilliant addition.

Great Little Cooker
Our Select 70 arrived last week we're really impressed with it. The separate grill comes in really handy and the main oven is very large for a cooker this size. Five burners on the top more than satisfy our needs and the with full width pan supports are great. The controls are also easy to use and the doors close with a reassuringly solid feel too. All-in-all, a great little cooker.

Fits the bill
We had been looking for a replacement 70cm wide cooker for a while, it seems than most manufactures don't do them, so we were delighted when we found this one. Not only did it fit our gap perfectly, it looks great and is good quality too!

Good cooker but noisy fan
This cooker looks great and is a good size for those who don't have room for a larger range cooker. The controls are easy to use and the oven cooks evenly and consistently. My only quibble is that the fan is very noisy and runs on after cooking for quite some time. I would give the cooker 5 stars for everything but the fan, which I really find quite intrusive. I don't think the product would suit an open plan kitchen or dining kitchen for that reason.

Really good cooker, superb use of hobs. The only problem I encountered was the rubber from around the top cavity kept getting caught when opening and closing grill door. I got sent a new rubber seal from Bigblue and it's working ok now.

We were looking for a 70 cm cooker and Rangemaster were the only company we could find that could supply. We are delighted with the cooker and the price. The service we received was second to none and would definitely recommend them. Thank you to all involved.
