Interior trends for Autumn 2015

Now that the last weeks of summer have gone, here are Rangecookers.co.uk our thoughts are turning to the new season.

Autumn is the perfect time to give your home a bit of a revamp to get it looking gorgeous ahead of any entertaining you might be planning around the Christmas period.

With that in mind, we’ve picked our top five trends for the new season and come up with some ideas on how you can incorporate these into your home - especially the kitchen!

Going Grey

This year’s neutral colour of choice continues to be grey. It’s one of most versatile shades and is the perfect colour for blending into a current kitchen design, or as part of a brand new style.

The Rangemaster Toledo 90 Lidded also comes in three different shades of grey, so you can choose exactly which one is right for you.

Vintage-Inspired

Vintage trends are playing a huge part in interior style for autumn and winter 15/16 in both furniture and accessories. If you’re looking for a more traditional option, the Redfyre Electric Radiant comes in a range of vintage-inspired colour ways and its classic design will transport you back in time.

Blue Hues

If you’re looking to make a bold move in the kitchen, then midnight blue is the statement colour of the season. Complement this shade with mixed metallics of copper, gold and silver or - if you dare to be different - go for a colour clash with some bright orange tableware or kitchen fabrics.

The Stoves Richmond 900DFT Colour Boutique in Midnight Gaze and Chrome sums up this seasonal trend perfectly.

Industrial Revolution

Mixed metal materials and metallic shades are still very on-trend, taking inspiration from simple Scandinavian style. If you’re looking to go ultra-modern with a new kitchen, the SMEG A2 Opera 100 blends functionality with sleek contemporary style.

Checkmate

One of the big fabric themes for Autumn/Winter 2015 is traditional tartan check, both as part of a country-style design or as a contrast to more modern interiors.
If you’re looking to recreate a traditional countryside look with your kitchen, we think the Britannia Fleet XG 100 is a great choice.
