The Sofia collection (named in honour of the elegant Italian movie star) was launched in 2015 - a bold, clean and rigorous design with a professional outlook and all the quality, performance and style you would expect of this exceptional brand.
The 30” FSO 300 P TC 2FX model (760mm wide) comes in stainless steel with metal controls to help select functions and temperature. Situated in the middle of these is the impressive multifunction, touch control LCD display used for the time of day with an AM/PM indicator, automatic cooking and minute minder. The display also has 6 buttons along the bottom for things such as display, preheat light indicators, temperature selectors, cooking modes, fast preheating and the safety lock function. Behind the triple glazed, cool to touch, soft closing doors is an incredible 124L, black porcelain enamel interior which offers an amazing 11 cooking functions from defrost to intensive broiling and everything in between including a meat probe for perfect cooking results. Alongside the cooling vents (which are situated above the oven door to express air) is an efficient cooling fan. Both are activated during any cooking setting to cool the inner hidden components and the outer door and continue to run until the oven has sufficiently cooled down. With a self-cleaning function, you never have to worry about scrubbing the inside of an oven again. All you have to do is set it to the correct setting and allow it to work its magic and then wipe down the inside of the oven window when it has finished. As a nice personal touch, you can order a bespoke name-plate with “signature” content and style of your own choosing, which will be engraved and delivered separately.
