Integrated Induction

This advanced new product cleverly integrates two powerful technology to offer faster and cleaner cooking. The new Air-Tec induction cooker with integrated hood takes the very popular Bertazzoni Professional series and enriches it, with the latest induction technology surrounding a premium integrated hood.

This impressive model offers outstanding control and high performance ventilation to create perfect food every time. Developed with Bertazzoni’s Italian design and cooking expertise, this new addition to kitchen design distinctly expands the personalisation of your home and cooking.

The high powered induction zones bring full control with precision digital controls and sensors. The airstream technology ensures the elimination of steam and odours when cooking, with the custom crafted vent cover displaying the iconic Bertazzoni embossed logo and enhancing the high quality design and attention to detail even further.

Induction Zones

The highly efficient induction zones include the handy booster function, for ultra fast boiling, and the bridging function for multi zone cooking that allows you to combine multiple cooking zones to create a larger space for larger pans.

Also included is a digital programmer for perfect cooking control. Choose from the 11 available functions and use the digital food probe for impeccable cooking results, particularly when cooking meat. The elegant and intuitive interface makes use simple and satisfying, which is to be expected from this top Italian brand.

 

Integrated Hood

This hob now includes integrated ventilation, with 10 speed selections and automatic control. The system is 100% safe against water leaks and the carbon filters can be regenerated for long-lasting use. It combines the best performance, developed by the Bertazzoni engineers, plus the characterisation with the brass cap showcasing the brands iconic logo.

The Cooker

The 90cm Air-Tec cooker packs three high-performance appliances into one. An efficient integrated extraction system is added the already high-quality design and technology of the Professional series.

On top, you have the latest induction technology to give you ultimate power and controllability, plus the added benefit of a very easy-to-clean vitreoceramic surface. With four zones, that include a booster feature, pot detection and residual heat indicator for each zone, this a very well-executed appliance. The bridging function also allows you to use the two cooking zones on either side of the hob as one single cooking zone.

The integrated 10-speed hood, controlled through the dedicated knob, can be installed in suction or filtering mode. 

The single oven has 11 functions, ranging from convection and grilling to fast-preheat. A triple glazed oven door minimises heat loss, with the inclusion of soft motion hinges and anti-slam closing system. Finishing this well-executed range cooker is a high resolution LCD touch screen display and programmable clock/timer.
