Rangemaster’s Nexus is a contemporary style range cooker with a sleek, modern and minimalist aesthetic, designed to be a standout statement centrepiece of every kitchen. Its striking design and practical features support everything from everyday meals to hosting for guests.
How do the sizes differ?
The 110cm size model offers the most versatility, with two distinct layout options:
- The BC (Base Cavity), a popular symmetrical layout with side-by-side ovens at the base, with grill and slow cook cavities above - perfect for cooking all types of meals such as curries and stews.
- The OC (Offset Configuration) layout, featuring offset ovens, a grill cavity and a larger proving drawer compartment below with improved smooth-action runners for easy access - perfect for proving dough, resting meat or warming plates before serving.
In addition, the 110cm model also includes telescopic shelves within both the left and right ovens, differing from the 90cm and 100cm models that feature telescopic shelving in the left-hand oven only.
But what are the differences between the old and new Nexus range cookers?
What is new and improved in the 2026 models?
1. Larger, more versatile grill cavity
The new Deluxe Flexi-Grill offers around 33% more grilling surface, with adjustable height options alongside 4 trivet settings, and a convenient lay-flat door for easier access.
2. Bridging zone on hob
Exclusive to the Nexus models, the bridging zone on the hob feature creates flexibility by allowing you to combine two separate cooking zones into one large cooking area - ideal for large cookware such as oversized pans and griddles, on all sizes.

3. Enhanced cooking experience
- Increased electric fan oven capacity (Main 80 litre oven)
- Telescopic shelves can be found within left oven of the 90 & 100cm, whereas in the 110cm, telescopic shelves can be found in both the left & right ovens.
4. Upgraded oven doors
The triple-glazed oven doors now feature larger viewing windows and removable flat glass for easier cleaning, alongside improved insulation in the oven cavities and a stronger magnetic door mechanism to enhance seal & cooking efficiency.
5. Self-adjusting magnetic plinth to complement all cabinetry, plinth, and work surface heights
Rangemaster has improved their self-adjusting magnetic plinth that can extend up to 40mm, ensuring a perfectly seamless fit with cabinetry - even on slightly uneven floors!
6. Streamlined fascia panel with uniformed control dial layout
The control panel has been refreshed with a cleaner layout, ergonomic rotary dials for smooth-action use, single-handed ignition, and a white LED touch control display with a built-in minute minder.
7. Flexible gas hotplate
For dual fuel models, the gas hob features five burners with a 4kW multi-ring burner, supported by semi-gloss cast iron pan supports and a half-smooth, half-grooved removable griddle and a wok cradle for added practicality and flexible cooking options, alongside the addition of a new mini splashback upstand.
8. New branding
The new range also introduces a subtly refreshed Rangemaster branding, reflecting a familiar but forward-thinking new identity.
With its combination of style, innovation, and everyday practicality, the new Nexus family sets a fresh benchmark for range cooking.
