The current UK ILVE range includes six distinctive range cooker collections: Majestic, Milano, Roma, Panoramagic, Pro Line and Torino.
So what makes each one different?
Majestic: ILVE's Luxurious Statement Range
If you want your range cooker to become a true centrepiece, the Majestic certainly lives up to its name.
This is one of ILVE's most luxurious and distinctive collections, combining traditional Italian influences with a bold, beautifully rounded design. Ornate control knobs, substantial handles and metal detailing give the Majestic its unmistakable character, while its extra depth allows it to stand proud of surrounding cabinetry and create even more of a focal point.
Behind the classic styling is some impressively modern technology. Majestic range cookers feature an impressive TFT touch display and electronic temperature control, bringing a contemporary feel while keeping the traditional aesthetic intact.
Available from 70cm up to an impressive 150cm, with single and double-oven options depending on size, the Majestic is ideal for anyone looking for a range cooker that makes just as much of an impression visually as it does when cooking.
There is also plenty of choice when it comes to the hob, with configurations including gas, induction and specialist options such as Fry Top and Coup De Feu on selected models.
Milano: Classic, Decorative and Traditionally Styled
For something with a more distinctly traditional character, the Milano collection is a beautiful choice.
Where Majestic has a bold, luxurious presence, Milano feels more intricately delicate. Its elegant controls, detailed handles and choice of metal finishes give it a real sense of Italian heritage, making it particularly at home in Shaker kitchens, country-style interiors and period properties.
There is plenty of substance behind the styling too. Depending on the size and configuration chosen, Milano offers generous multifunction ovens with features such as rotisserie cooking and controllable steam release, helping you manage moisture inside the oven whether you are roasting, baking or cooking dishes that benefit from a crisp finish.
Larger Milano models really showcase ILVE's professional cooking influences. Alongside gas and induction options, selected configurations can incorporate features such as the stainless-steel fry top or the coup de feu, a cast-iron cooking surface that provides a graduated area of heat for moving pans between hotter and cooler zones.
Roma: Professional Styling for the Contemporary Kitchen
Moving into more contemporary territory, the Roma takes inspiration from the look and feel of a professional kitchen.
Clean lines, streamlined handles and less decorative detailing give Roma a noticeably more modern appearance than Milano or Majestic. It works particularly well with contemporary cabinetry and schemes where stainless steel and minimal detailing take centre stage.
There is also a huge amount of choice within the collection. The Roma is currently available in 60cm right through to 150cm, with single and double-oven configurations depending on the width chosen.
Inside, multifunction ovens offer flexible cooking for everything from everyday family meals to more ambitious dishes, while selected models provide features including rapid heat-up and dedicated pizza cooking. Gas and induction options are available across the collection, making the Roma easy to tailor to the way you prefer to cook.
Panoramagic: Iconic Italian Design
Then there is the Panoramagic - arguably the collection for anyone who wants their range cooker to look unlike anything else you've seen.
Its design has its roots in an ILVE cooker from the 1960s, but the current interpretation feels strikingly modern. The distinctive angled fascia, oversized controls and illuminated details give the Panoramagic an almost architectural quality, making it an obvious focal point within a contemporary kitchen.
One of the most distinctive features is the red LED backlighting behind the control knobs. The illuminated controls create a striking contrast against the cooker's sleek fascia and reinforce the Panoramagic's more futuristic character, while also making the controls particularly clean when the cooker is in use.
Available in a 90cm single-oven and 120cm double-oven format, the Panoramagic combines its dramatic design with generous multifunction cooking capacity and a choice of gas or induction configurations.

Pro Line: Professional Simplicity
One of the newer additions to ILVE's UK range cooker selection, the Pro Line was introduced with a focus on simplicity, practicality and professional-style performance. Unlike some of ILVE's more extensively customisable ranges, the Pro Line has been designed with a more streamlined specification, making it straightforward to choose while retaining the build quality and Italian craftsmanship associated with the brand.
This collection centres around a 90cm double oven range cooker, combining a 65 litre multifunction main oven with a 43 litre secondary oven. Useful features include rotisserie cooking, precise temperature control, soft-closing triple-glazed doors and easy-clean oven interiors.
There is a choice of either a six-burner gas hob or a five-zone induction hob with power boost. This deliberately focused choice keeps the Pro Line simple to specify while still catering for the two most popular styles of range cooking.
Available in stainless steel or matt graphite, with understated satin or matt black detailing, the Pro Line is a great choice for anyone looking for one of ILVE's range cookers with a distinctly professional feel.
Torino: Streamlined ILVE Performance at a More Accessible Level
The Torino collection is designed as ILVE's more accessible route into a professional-style range cooker, but it still incorporates many of the practical features found elsewhere in the brand's portfolio.
It has a noticeably simpler appearance than Majestic or Milano, making it easy to integrate into contemporary kitchens. Don't mistake that simplicity for a lack of capability, though. The collection is available in 60cm, 90cm, 100cm and 120cm widths, giving plenty of choice for both smaller and larger kitchens.
For something a little more distinctive, there is also a limited edition 90cm Torino. Finished in Matt Black, it gives the usually understated Torino a much bolder, more contemporary look. This limited-edition model combines a large multifunction oven with six gas burners, which feature a black nanotechnology coating designed to make them easier to keep clean.
Make Your ILVE Your Own
One of the real joys of choosing an ILVE is the opportunity to make the cooker feel part of the kitchen rather simply an appliance within it.
Colour plays a huge role in this. Selected collections can be specified in ILVE's standard colours, or, for an even more individual finish, from more than 200 Classic RAL shades. This opens up the possibility of matching the cooker to other parts of the kitchen, creating a completely tonal finish or choosing a completely contrasting colour to make it the star of the room.
Metal details and trims add another level of personalisation, particularly on the more traditional ranges. Finishes including Copper, Antique Bronze, Brass and Chrome allow you to coordinate the cooker beautifully with cabinet hardware, taps and other details throughout the kitchen.
