If it is a gas cooker you are looking for, but up to now have been a little too much for your cooking requirements, Lacanche are very aware of this. They have re-engineered their gas ovens to provide greater control, with an up-to-date thermostat included in the design to give you a range of 100 degrees at gas mark 1 to 260 degrees at gas mark 10. This flexibility is suitable for both roasting and baking on a lower scale.

With the variety of configurations also including electric and dual fuel, there's a Lacanche range cooker out there to suit everybody. Cluny

One of Lacanche's best-selling range cookers is the Cluny Classic. The aesthetically pleasing symmetrical configuration offers versatility with two 55-litre conventional gas ovens and a five-burner classic hob. Both the Cluny Classic and the Cluny Modern offer ample storage space in the form of twin drawers and can be ordered in natural gas, LPG gas or all electric.

 

Cormatin

The Cormatin comes in both classic and modern models. This compact models offers just as much as those that are larger but, despite being on a smaller scale, can still provide professional performance. On the Cormatin Modern 70 is a 73-litre gas oven that is paired with a powerful three burner gas hob. The choice of cooking with or without a fan is all yours through the use of a simple switch. There is also a storage drawer below the oven. The Cormatin Classic offers the same compelling cooking credentials as the Modern but with a more traditional look.

Beaune and Bussy

The Beaune and Bussy models are mirror images of each other. The compact but powerful Beaune Classic offers a 55-litre main oven with grill on the left, alongside a tall 69-litre dual function oven on the right hand side. A useful pull-out drawer also offers great storage room on both models, which are available in both classic and modern styles.

Macon

The Macon Classic and the Macon Modern are both popular and flexible range cookers. With a lot of UK customers preferring their cookers to have a separate grill, the Lacanche Macon Modern caters to this need. The Macon Modern features two large ovens with various configurations plus a third 20-litre oven and grill allowing great flexibility. A single storage drawer is also included and a five-burner hob on top.

Volnay

The Volnay Classic gives you a large 73-litre main oven on the right, along with an 84-litre simmer oven on the left-hand side. This thermostatically controlled simmer oven (30 degrees to 110 degrees) is ideal for slow cooking, proving dough or even just keeping food or plates warm. A large drawer below is ideal for storage.

Savigny and Saulieu

Much like the Beaune and Bussy models, the Savigny and Saulieu are mirror images of each other. The Savigny Classic is a double oven range cooker featuring a large 73-litre main oven with a storage drawer beneath, plus a vertical 69-litre oven and grill on the left side. This particular model also features the classic three burner hob.

 

Chalonnais

The simple layout of the Chalonnais Modern is very appealing to the home chef. It is a stunning range cooker, with two large 73-litre gas ovens. The centrally placed main hob allows space for two optional integrated hob elements for an additional price, allowing you to specify a hob with different functionalities to suit your cooking needs.

 

Chemin

The Chemin Classic 140 is an impressive four oven range cooker featuring a 20-litre oven, one 55-litre oven, a 49-litre oven and a vertical 85-litre simmer oven on the right-hand side. Plus a storage drawer, the five burner hob on top also allows for one optional integrated hob element for an additional price.

 

...over 150cm?

Lacanche offer a number of models that are 150cm and over, including the Flavigny, Citeaux, Belmont, Avalon and Vezelay. The Citeaux Classic is one of Lacanche's most popular large format models, featuring a large 65-litre oven with a storage drawer below, a tall 49-litre oven and a tall 85-litre simmer oven on the right. The three-burner hob on top also allows for optional integrated hob elements for an additional price.

 

Extras

Salamander Grill

The Lacanche Salamander grill is a truly unique product, taking grilling to another level of cooking convenience, providing professional style grilling at home. It is ideal for fish, meat and vegetables, as well as finishing desserts or spit roasting whole joints of meat.

Mounted at the height of your choice, and with open front and sides, this grill is easy to use and keep clean. The large grill area and detachable grill pan mean you can grill whole fish, cuts of meat, game and poultry. The grill pan is a gastronorm 1/1 size pan and fits into any 74 litre ovens featured on their range cookers. The additional rotisserie allows you to spit roast food as you would find in the best restaurants. It also features a powerful, variable temperature grill and timer.

Attached to the wall, the Salamander is designed to create the look of a traditional French style kitchen - complementing a Lacanche range cooker perfectly.
