On top the 4 induction zones give you immediate control of the power and heat delivered into the pan via the rotary controls on the front. A bridging zone allows for seamless heating across the two left cooking zones, perfect for accommodating larger cookware or griddles. The resilient ceramic glass surface stays relatively cool, so any spills can be wiped off immediately.
