This Falcon half-ribbed, half smooth aluminium griddle fits directly onto the pan supports and is perfect for searing meats and fish or ideal for foods such as drop scones and pancakes.
Any fat from the food runs into a channel around the outside of the griddle plate for healthier cooking. It is perfect for giving that chargrilled look without the need for a barbeque.
This griddle is suitable for use on all Falcon models with gas hobs.
