The 30” FPWD 3024 X model (758mm wide) offers a large 60L capacity and is designed to complement the built-in main and compact ovens in a stainless steel finish and stylish metal handles to match the look of the other Sofia built-in appliances. With the drawing being mounted on telescopic rails, it offers a soft close finish and comes with a rubber mat to place dishes on to stop them moving when the draw is being opened and closed. As you open the draw, on the righthand side you will find the temperature control knob which is simple to use and can be set between 30° C to 85 ° C. With a system of tangential ventilation that distributes heat evenly, you will find you can use the draw for things such as, keeping cooked food warm, dough rising, preheating dishes, warming up your plates, thawing, slow cooking and more.
