The Sofia collection (named in honour of the Italian movie star) was launched back in 2015, with a bold design that brings all the quality, performance and style you would expect from this exceptional brand.
This 36-inch model (910mm wide) is deeper than the standard UK cabinet at 691mm, so it will either project slightly into the room or if you prefer a flush look you will need to build your kitchen accordingly. This purposeful cooker features a 161-litre multifunction oven, offering an amazing 11 cooking functions from defrost to pizza mode and everything in between. The pyrolytic self-cleaning mode when in use reaches an impressively high temperature (approx. 470°C) to incinerate left-over dirt and grease from the oven cavity.
On top is a powerful premium induction hob with five cooking zones, all of which have a booster option, with the dual function zone offering up to amazing 5.5kW in performance. With a touch screen TFT display on the facia panel, you can easily set the induction zones to the exact specification you require.
A lovely extra touch is the ability to order a bespoke name-plate with signature content and style of your own choosing, which will be engraved and delivered separately.
