Introducing the Galileo Slim 60 venting hob, created with efficiency in mind and maximising space without compromising on performance.
By featuring a narrow space saving central extractor grille, the Galileo Slim cooktop seamlessly integrates into any modern kitchen and doesn’t sacrifice cooking area. The induction zones are the same area as Faber’s larger counterparts, and still maintains the high-powered extraction rate of 620m3/h.
The four induction zones are interchangeable between the four individual cooking zones for four different pans, or four flexible cooking zones that can adapt to the size of your cookware. This allows you to cook with larger pans or create extra-large cooking areas for the use of griddles. There are also handy functions such as power boost, centralised touch control and a timer for each zone.
Included on the Galileo Slim are easy access charcoal filters. Once situated in the plinth kit in your cabinet’s kickboards, the charcoal filters are now directly under the central grille so you can simply take them out and regenerate them when required. This hob is for recirculating only, with a duct out version also available.
