The 150cm Milano twin range cooker brings a large 97 litre multifunction main oven, plus a 65 litre second multifunction oven alongside it. Both cavities feature easy clean enamel interiors and two-height halogen lighting for a great view of what is going on, as well as child safety locks.
ILVE's unique E3 technology allows you to digitally adjust the temperature using a control dial to nudge the setting in 5 degree increments, from 30 to an impressive and pizza friendly 300°C, with minimal thermal fluctuation and a rapid start up feature that can get the oven to 200°C in just 6 minutes!
On top are 8 solid brass gas burners, featuring a black easy-clean nanotechnology coating giving them a non-stick thermal durability. This highly impressive range has a 2x4.3kW double ring wok burners, 4x3kW medium burners, 2x1.8kW burners and a 3.1kW fish burner. The superb removable fry top is a real must have - a solid stainless steel teppanyaki-style cooking surface that is brilliant for anything from meat and fish to pancakes and stir fries. The impressive cast iron coup de feu feature is loved by many professional chefs, offering varied and evenly conducted heat from a central 3kW gas burner.
