The Roma is the most contemporary model of the ILVE range cookers collection. The fresh finish creates a sleek look that can be integrated easily, featuring futuristic ergonomic handles and controls to add a great addition to any modern day kitchen.
This 80cm Roma range cooker brings a versatile 97 litre multifunction oven with 15 fanned, conventional and grill functions. ILVE’s unique E3 control allows you to digitally adjust the temperature using a control dial to nudge the setting in five-degree increments, from 30 to an impressive and pizza-friendly 300°C with minimal thermal fluctuation.
On top are five solid brass gas burners of the highest quality, with a black easy-clean nanotechnology coating giving them a non-stick thermal durability. A 4.3kW double ring wok burner is supported by two 3kW and a 1.8kW burner, with LPG conversion kit included. Turn and press one of the fan-cooled control knobs and single handed ignition brings things to life with ease.
