The Mercury drop-on half-ribbed, half smooth alumium griddle fits directly onto the pan supports and is perfect for searing meats & fish or ideal for drop scones & pancakes. Any fat runs off into a channel which runs around the outside of the griddle plate for healthier cooking. The griddle is suitable for use on all current Mercury range cookers with gas hobs.

Not suitable for use with the original Mercury range cooker which has the separate grill on the 'upper right' side (rather than upper left).
