Alongside this is an 80-litre fanned oven and below is a 25-litre proving drawer, perfect for proving dough, resting meat or warming plates before serving. On top, this electric induction model boasts the impressive Series 2 induction hob, with five powerful induction zones including boost, child lock and hot hob indicators. There is also a useful bridging zone allowing two zones to be used as one with a removable griddle. Below this, the new streamlined fascia has a uniform control dial layout, plus a touch white LED display with minute mind.
