All Stoves range cookers and branded hoods are covered by a 5 years parts and 2 year labour guarantee, upon registration. Telephone 0844 481 0439 to register your product within 28 days of purchase. All other Stoves branded appliances are covered by a 5 years parts and 1 year labour guarantee as standard. Unbranded products are covered by a 1 year parts and labour guarantee.

Delivery Lead Time

Lead time of between 6 to 12 weeks. The home delivery team will contact you promptly to arrange a convenient day and, where possible, time slot. Stoves range cookers are delivered by a specialist two person crew who will unpack your cooker for you to inspect upon delivery.

Your range or freestanding cooker must be pre-disconnected (Unless ordered in conjunction with manufacturers Installation service) and in a reasonably clean and safe condition for transportation.

Your existing product should weight no more than 156kg. This should cover most normal domestic appliances - but would normally exclude any cast-iron type cookers.
