The Stoves Richmond 100EI blends traditional styling with modern cooking technologies. It features a Quad Oven™ system, providing a generous 196L total cooking capacity across four ovens. This includes a conventional oven with grill, a dedicated slow cook oven, a fanned Equiflow™ oven, and a multifunctional main oven with 13 different settings. Additionally, the cooker is equipped with a TrueTemp™ digital thermostat, ensuring consistent cooking temperatures and allowing for the temperature to be increased in 5-degree increments.
The induction hob includes five zones with touch control, offering fast and energy-efficient cooking. The two left zones can be bridged for larger pans and griddles. The cooker also includes an AirFry function, which provides crispy results with minimal oil, and a rapid preheat feature for quicker meal preparation. For easier maintenance, the Stoves Richmond 100EI offers easy-clean enamel and the SteamCleanse system, using steam to assist with cleaning. Great oven
A convert after decades of gas. I love almost everything about this range cooker. Especially the easy clean induction hob, which heats up very quickly.. The air fryer function is great too. If I have a minor quibble, it is the sheer number of shelves. It is difficult to fit several dishes in without reducing the number of shelves as they are so close together. I don't mind the sound of the fan, which does operate for some time after you switch off. Overall, good looking and versatile.
