The versatile 97 litre multifunction oven gives you 15 fanned, conventional and grill functions, plus a specially designed rotisserie perfect for cooking joints of meat. There is also a steam discharge vent allowing you to control the humidity or condensation levels, letting out a little for wetter dishes or keeping it in for baking - a lovely touch that demonstrates ILVE's commitment to culinary detail. A soft close, full width storage drawer provides ample room for all of your trays and cookware.
ILVE's unique E3 technology allows you to digitally adjust the temperature using a control dial to nudge the setting in 5 degree increments, from 30 to an impressive and pizza friendly 300°C, with minimal thermal fluctuation and a rapid start up feature that can get the oven to 200°C in just 6 minutes!
On top are a selection of solid brass gas burners, with a black easy-clean nanotechnology coating giving them a non-stick thermal durability. A 4.3kW double ring wok burner is supported by three 3kW burners and two 1.8kW burners. Turn and press one of the fan-cooled control knobs and single-handed ignition brings things to life with ease.
