Ilve's superb Custom Colour Service lets you create a range cooker that perfectly complements your life, your taste and your style. Ilve range cookers can be matched to hundreds of different colours.

1. Choose a colour to match
Take inspiration from the around your kitchen and create a range cooker that is truly unique. Match the colour of your walls or curtains – or even match the colour of your coffee machine!

2. Ordering
Add your chosen range cooker and/or hood to your shopping basket – just choose any colour at this stage. Then add the “custom colour service” to your shopping basket.

You can also choose to add a matching hood and plinths kits to your order. We will arrange for these to be colour matched too, for no extra charge!

During the checkout process you can add your chosen RAL code into the 'delivery comments' section. If you don't, one of Ilve's Range Experts will contact you back by telephone after you've order to discuss the colour you need and advise accordingly.

3. Colour approval
The factory will post you a paint-finished swatch in your chosen shade for your final approval. Once you are completely satisfied that the colour is matched, Ilve will custom-finish your cooker and deliver it to your home.

Typically the Custom Colour Service can add 2 to 4 weeks onto standard build times.

Delivery areas & overseas delivery

Standard UK delivery is free with all ILVE products. ILVE deliver to mainland UK only, but we may be able to arrange delivery to remoter areas - please call to enquire.

Overseas delivery
Should you wish, your products can be delivered to a UK courier for international export via your own arrangement. We are legally obliged to charge VAT at the point of sale, but refunds can be made only if certain criteria are met - click here for more information. Please bear in mind that the manufacturer's warranty only applies to products used within the UK.
Arranging delivery

Delivery contact
The delivery will team will contact you, usually by telephone, to arrange a convenient delivery day. During this conversation, we recommend that you advise the delivery team of any access issues or potential problems, as a return visit with more crew and at additional cost may be necessary. An approximate time can usually be established within 24 hours of the delivery day. Smaller items such as cookware and accessories may be delivered by courier without a pre-call.

Upon delivery, you will be asked to sign for receipt of the correct goods, in good condition, so please ensure that you check the products and paperwork accordingly. The delivery driver should be happy to allow you to unpack and inspect the appliance, but we advise you to retain the packaging should any return prove necessary.
Installation & removal

We recommend that you use a local electrically qualified or Gas Safe engineer to install your new cooker, and you can find one via the Gas Safe Register HERE.

A removal service is not available for this brand, but you can find out more about local recycling and council services HERE.
