Its three speeds are supplemented by a booster for the times when you need a burst of power, the controls are illuminated electronic buttons rather than clunky mechanical ones, and there is a handy 15 minute delayed stop feature to allow the air to clear once you have sat down to eat. Crisp lighting is provided by twin energy-saving Multispot LED lights. You can set things up to extract or recirculate using the appropriate additional kit, and the three aluminium mesh grease filters are dishwasher-safe for the occasional clean.
